Good, I'm 45. I take 2000mg of vitamin C and 1000mg of vitamin B5 every morning and night for my skin and to strengthen my immune system, alongside a multivitamin in the morning. When I experience a cough or burning throat, I take 2000mg to 3000mg of vitamin C and 2000mg of vitamin B5 every two hours until the chronic cough stops, and it always works. At the first sign of a cold or chronic cough, I take two tablets. The very next morning, I feel much better. If I notice a throat ache, slight cough, or rising temperature, I ingest two pills, and by morning, I feel energised again.
We regularly take this supplement for vitamin C. I used it on a canker sore and applied the opened capsule directly, which helped it heal by noon. It’s friendly on the stomach for dyspepsia. If I have chronic cough or cold symptoms, I double the daily dose, and they vanish quickly.
I was concerned about stomach issues due to chronic gastritis but took it for three months without problems. During my illness with COVID, I combined it with zinc and vitamin D3 + K, and later PCR confirmed no virus.
